The following FAQs will help answer any questions you may have about our quality assurance processes.  Preveon Pharmacy also has a formal complaint and investigation process.  If you are not satisfied with Preveon Pharmacy service or your medication order, please inform your pharmacist.  The Preveon Pharmacy pharmacist will submit a complaint that will be fully investigated by our Quality Assurance team, and you will be kept informed of the resolution.
